BSO Sessions: Flow

Episode 5 of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra’s digital concert docu-series (available to stream through June 2021)

About the Performance
Woodwinds and brass return to the stage! BSO operations staff share the unique logistical considerations of airflow associated with a responsible return of these instrument families as each brings a sextet to life through the works of Beethoven and Farrenc (winds) and Bohme (brass). Stravinsky's Octet, scored for an unusual array of woodwinds and brass, closes the episode.
